Time goes fast, especially when you are enjoying life. Can you believe January is halfway over? How is your 2018 going so far?

I was going to write a year-end wrap up last December 2017,  however, it got very hectic I didn’t get a chance to blog until now. Therefore, I decided to do a “Looking Back and Looking Forward” theme on this first post on 2018. Allow me to share with you some of our highlights in 2017 and the forecast for 2018.

LOOKING BACK AT 2017

Wailea Realty A Boutique of Windermere had a great year 2017. For many of our agents, it’s their best year in terms of sales and transactions. For all our agents, it is a great year for connecting with their clients, representing buyers, sellers, and building relationships that last.

As the Interactive Media Strategist for Wailea Realty, I am very proud of the many accomplishments our agents and our company achieved. Let’s take a look at a few of them:

1. Successful Representation of Keala o Wailea New Development

Wailea Realty A Boutique of Windermere Real Estate is the Sales Broker for this new condo development in Wailea, called Keala o Wailea. It is almost sold out! Only one (1) unit is left available,  out of the 70 units in the complex. The first closing happened in December 2017! We celebrated this important milestone with a Blessing and a Holiday Celebration. Estimated completion of this development is August 2018. We had 5 closings so far and more are scheduled for walk-thru and recordation.  Visit www.kealaowailea.com for more information on this beautiful new neighborhood in Wailea.

2. Supported Various Non-Profit Organizations on Maui

Wailea Realty A Boutique of Windermere Real Estate values community service and involvement. Each of our agents is actively involved in the community they live in, whether it’s coaching a little league, volunteering in schools, feeding shelters, churches, and more. We also get involved and do community service as a company and a team. To mention a few:

3. Represented Buyers in 303 Successful Transactions in over 257 Million Sales Volume

Wailea Realty A Boutique of Windermere’s original tagline is “People Who Know Wailea Best” and that is true. It is true then and is true now. With our affiliation with Windermere Real Estate, we have expanded our vision and carried over the same excellence to all of Maui. In my opinion, Wailea Realty is also the “People Who Know Maui Best”.   Having done 303 successful transactions for an office with 40+ Brokers and Agents,  the Sales Volume per agent is pretty high.  All our agents and staff are highly skilled and have long-lasting relationships with their clients. All of  Wailea Realty / Windermere Maui  agents devote a significant amount of personal attention to the needs of their clients and they are well versed in handling very sophisticated transactions on local, national and international levels.

1. Continued Excellence in Service

Our Wailea Realty Brokers and Agents will continue to serve our clients with excellence. The year 2018 will be another successful year for all of us!  Our office at The Shops At Wailea is open every day from 8:30 am to 9:00 pm and are always happy to serve you.

2. Growing Ohana – New Agents, Re-charged Kihei Office and More!

Wailea Realty prides itself on being a family-oriented company. We are an OHANA and practice the Spirit of Aloha within our team and in dealing with our clients who we also consider part of our  ohana.

This year our ohana will continue to grow.  With our new Broker-In-Charge, Gary Apperson, overseeing our Kihei Office (located at the Rainbow Mall), we are confident that the new agents who will be joining our ohana will be trained and nurtured and will fit right in.

3.  Effective and Creative Use of Technology and Various Digital Tools Available
